5 New Songs And Music Videos To Get You Through The Week

Mon, August, 24 by

Nick Jonas – Levels
This Sunday, Nick Jonas will perform his new single Levels for the very first time on the MTV Video Music Awards red carpet, but fans can hear the song now. The bumping new dance track takes Jonas to a whole new level, combining his sexy smooth vocals (oof, that falsetto!) with throbbing bass rhythms. Summer may be ending, but Levels is a definite late contender for song of the summer.

The Dead Weather – I Feel Love (Every Million Miles)
Jack White’s The Dead Weather is back with a new album next month called Dodge and Burn and the band, fronted by The Kills’ Alison Mosshart, has released a rockin’ new single called I Feel Love (Every Million Miles). The scorching number finds Mosshart battling against slicing riffs, but instead of fighting for domination, the two become a powerful duo that will knock your socks off when you press play.

Tei Shi – See Me
Electro-pop artist Tei Shi makes hypnotic pop melodies glide across icy electronic beats look amazingly effortless. In her latest music video for See Me, the blonde beauty coos over scattered rhythms while posing in some of the most beautifully scenic landscapes we’ve ever seen.

The Weeknd – Tell Your Friends
With The Weeknd’s highly anticipated new album Beauty Behind the Madness coming out real soon (this Friday to be exact), the R&B star has released another music video, this time for the Kanye West-produced track, Tell Your Friends. The easygoing piano-laden track is paired with an epic video where Abel Tesfaye is seen burying himself in a desert before shooting a man with a gun. Lana Del Rey – Terrence Loves You
Like many of the artists mentioned above, Lana Del Rey will also be releasing a new album soon and she has released another song from the upcoming Honeymoon entitled Terrence Loves You. The stripped down piano number puts Del Rey’s booming, echoing voice at the forefront as she croons about the perils of love.
