5 Reasons You Can’t Miss ‘Not Safe With Nikki Glaser’

Nikki Glaser

Self-proclaimed “curious perv” Nikki Glaser knows you’re having sex and she wants to hear all about it.

Not Safe With Nikki Glaser is a new series premiering Tuesday on Much and is a (kinda) safe space for comics to joke, learn, and share their personal stories about sex and relationships. It’s a fun, frank, fast-paced series with panel discussion, field pieces, and social experiments that is equal parts hilarious and titillating. Oh yeah, it’s gonna get awkward.

But why should you watch? Because comedian Nikki Glaser has been killing it for years and we don’t think her new show will be any different. #Slayage. Here are a few more reasons.

1. Points!

If you’ve been lucky enough to catch an episode of @Midnight that features Glaser, then you know things are going to get hilariously R-rated.

At midnight

2. Nikki & Sara Live

Before there was Not Safe With Nikki Glaser there was Nikki & Sara, a MTV show from Glaser and her comedian friend Sara Schaefer. For two seasons, the hosts interviewed every young A-list celeb making the promo rounds, getting too-cool stars to open up while also kinda making fun of them. And before that? Glaser and Schaefer had their own podcast, You Had To Be There. Glaser also hosts a Not Safe podcast while hosting her own TV show. That’s a lot of different mediums to be funny in.

3. She’s Friends With Amy Schumer

Yes, Nikki is a blonde comedian who talks about sex and yes, she’s friend with Amy Schumer. Yes, she’s appeared in many hilarious skits on Inside Amy Schumer. But she’s not Amy Schumer and shouldn’t be compared to her. Unless you’re TMZ. Then she’ll totally talk about Amy.

4. You’ll Want To Be Friends With Her

Nikki *gets* it.

5. Not Safe Will Help You Open Up To Your Parents

Okay, that last point isn’t actually true, but you can watch Glaser discuss sex with her parents and live vicariously through her horrifying experience. Then you can go back to assuming your parents have never had sex and you were miraculously conceived, Virgin Mary-styles.

Watch the series premiere of Not Safe With Nikki Glaser on Tuesday, February 9 at 10:30E/7:30P on Much. You can also watch The Late Late Show with James Corden on its new home on CTV 2 weeknights at 12:30E/9:30P.
