The Chicago rapper did just that during last night VMAs—walking the red carpet, dancing throughout the night’s performances and even receiving blessings from Kanye West and Queen Bey. The indie rapper may have lost out to Drake and his viral video for “Hotline Bling,” but we think even Chance would agree that he totally won the VMAs.
