Mac Miller and Ariana Grande are mixing business and pleasure with Miller’s latest single, “My Favorite Part.”
The two first worked together in 2013 on the remix of “The Way” off Grande’s debut album Yours Truly. The new lovebirds recently teamed up again for a remix of Grande’s single “Into You” off her latest album Dangerous Woman.
Now the duo have released “My Favorite Part,” a single from Miller’s upcoming fourth studio album, The Divine Feminine, proving they still vibe together three songs deep.
The chill new track takes inspiration from Maxwell and The Roots with a ’90s R&B vibe to it, and features Miller changing things up at the mic by singing his verses. The song focuses on two people at the beginning of a relationship, mirroring the secretive couple’s real-life status. Or, not so secret.
No word yet on a music video, but we assume it will include a lot of hugging and a ponytail.
In addition to the new single, Grande just announced her 2017 Dangerous Woman Tour, which includes three Canadian dates on its North American leg.
Mac Miller’s The Divine Feminine is set to be released September 16.
