Nick Jonas Teams Up With Mike Posner And Anne-Marie On ‘Remember I Told You’

It’s been a minute since we’ve heard any new music from Nick Jonas and we’ve noticed. In 2016, Jonas released his raw, personal and genre blending album Last Year Was Complicated, which included the huge single “Close” with Tove Lo, as well as “Bacon,” “Champagne Problems” and “Voodoo.” The album eventually hit number 2 on the Billboard 200, making it Jonas’ most successful solo disc to date and one that we’re still bumping a year later.

Jonas has spent much of the past year focusing on the acting side of his double career, starring in the hit TV series Kingdom (available on CraveTV) as well as filming the remake of Jumanji with Jack Black, Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, and Karen Gillan.

Even with his busy film schedule, Jonas is once again making time for his music career, most recently hitting the studio with Nicki Minaj to record the sexy R&B infused “Bom Bidi Bom” for the 50 Shades Darker soundtrack.

Now it looks like Jonas is preparing his highly anticipated return to the stage, dropping his new single “Remember What I Told You” today. The song is hopefully part of Jonas’s upcoming yet to be announced fourth album and features guest vocals from Mike Posner and newcomer Anne-Marie, who has already had a big hit this year with Sean Paul on “Rockabye.”

“Remember I Told You” leans heavily towards the dance side of Jonas’s sound, with the popstar trying his best to reconnect with old love. Considering Jonas’ long list of famous and beautiful ex-girlfriends, who the song about is open to interpretation.

Jonas has yet to confirm whether “Remember I Told You” is a one-off single or the first track from his next album, but were hoping for the latter. Jonas’s sound continues to improve with each record and judging by today’s new single, we can’t wait to hear what’s next.
