Between the federal election, the third game in Toronto Blue Jays and Kansas City Royals series and the release of Drake’s Hotline Bling video, it’s safe to say that last night was a big day for Canada.

The Liberal Party of Canada, led by Justin Trudeau, won a majority government last night with 184 seats. Sixty-eight per cent of Canadians got out and voted–the highest turnout rate in over two decades.

Here’s how the Internet reacted.

Some users were had trouble deciding between following the election, baseball, the Star Wars trailer and Drake’s video release

Many people celebrated the Liberal and Jays win together

But of course, not everyone was happy with the results

Some saw the win as a huge triumph for Canada

Even some Americans were congratulating us

And some just took to Twitter poke fun at our new PM
