The 40th Annual Toronto International Film Festival came to a close yesterday, wrapping up another inspiring and successful year for Canadian, U.S. and international films.

The Canadian-Irish film Room took home the award for People’s Choice, while running documentary Hurt won the Toronto Platform Prize.

The fest kicked off with A-listers like Matt Damon, George Clooney and Sandra Bullock making the rounds, but that doesn’t mean week two was any less shiny. Here’s what the second week of TIFF looked like.
