Reunions Of Our Fave Childhood Shows That’d Make Our Hearts Happy

Do you sometimes still mistakenly think that the ’90s were only ten years ago? Do you reminisce about those T.V. shows that you used to come running home to watch after school in the good ol’ days? Do you wish the cast of your childhood favorite T.V. should could reunite? You’re not alone. We’ve all been there.

It’s great when you see those dream reunions happen, like with the casts of Lizzie McGuire and That’s So Raven, or even a step above: when shows get spin-offs (Boy Meets World totally got one). Unfortunately, those dreams are shattered when there’s no evidence of those old faves getting spin-offs, or even a reunion. Boo-hoo.

Here at MUCH, we have our own dreams of which casts from the past we’d love to see have a reunion. So without further ado, we now present you our fantasy list of cast reunions:

Freaks and Geeks
Known to some as “the show that was gone too soon,” the Freaks and Geeks cast definitely needs to make a full reunion. It’s no secret that James Franco and Seth Rogen have worked together in recent years (like in movies  The Interview, Pineapple Express and This Is The End, and even in this lovely number), but we want to see the entire cast back together again, including Jason Segel, Samm Levine, John Francis Daley, Busy Philipps, and more. We’d even be satisfied with just a glimpse of seeing the entire cast hanging out together. In terms of a reboot, one of the creator’s of Freaks and Geeks, Judd Apatow, says that he doesn’t think it’ll happen, but “you never know.” Pretty please get us a reunion at least?

Even Stevens
Even Stevens is the Disney show that launched Shia LeBeouf‘s acting career and we love this show for that! It was hilarious because of all the silly pranks LeBeouf’s character, Louis, would play with his group of misfit friends. We can’t forget his straight-A sister, Ren, and zany family that made this show awesome. We’d love to see this cast reunite now, especially since they’re all grown up. Sure it may be hard now considering Shia LeBeouf has a busy career, but it wouldn’t hurt to try. Maybe the cast should just do it.

Zoey 101
Yes, that’s Britney Spears’s little sister, Jamie Lynn, who starred in this Nickelodeon favourite as Zoey (who lived in dorm 101 at Pacific Coast Academy). The show abruptly ended in 2008 due to Spears’s pregnancy, which made lots of fans pretty sad. But now that her daughter is seven-and-a-half-years-old (holy cow time flies), there should be no excuse for a complete cast reunion. Mind, you, Spears is pretty preoccupied with a music career now. Regardless, part of the Zoey 101 cast did reunite in this short clip of character Chase Matthews finding out what Zoey said about him ten years ago in the school time capsule, but Jamie Lynn Spears wasn’t part of it. You’re breaking our hearts Zoey!

Sabrina the Teenage Witch
A magical teen with crazy aunts and a talking cat? Sabrina the Teenage Witch already sounds so great again with that super short description. The show originally ran from 1996 to 2003, meaning it’s been too long without the cast together. Although Melissa Joan Hart worked with Beth Broderick on a single Halloween episode of Melissa & Joey, our thirst for a complete cast reunion is not quenched. *Tries to cast magic spell that’ll hopefully reunite the cast*

Brotherly Love
How can you resist a show about the adorable relationship of three brothers? Brotherly Love might have ended in 1996, but love for this show is certainly alive and on-going in our hearts. Now, the brothers have individual careers. Eldest brother Joey Lawrence plays Joey in Melissa & Joey and was a contestant on Dancing With The Stars. Middle brother Matthew Lawrence moved onto Boy Meets World in the ’90s and even guest starred on the spin-off, Girl Meets World. As for the baby in the family, Andrew Lawrence, he now does voice overs for video games like Dead Rising 3 and Battlefield 4. We think it’s time for a cast reunion and we’d like to see this trio work on a project collectively soon.
