There’s no shortage of movies we can’t wait to see hit the big screen this year (check out our list of must-see movies in 2017)—and with new movies come new soundtracks.

Following his huge 2016 earworm “Can’t Stop The Feeling” for Trolls, Justin Timberlake is again returning to the world of movie soundtracks, this time scoring wife Jessica Biel’s latest film, The Book of Love. Just released this week, the movie is already struggling with reviews, but the soundtrack sure is pretty.

It’s been just over two decades since Danny Boyle’s 1996 drug-fueled film Trainspotting became a cult classic. The films’ original cast returns, including Ewan McGregor, Ewen Bremner, Jonny Lee Miller and Robert Carlyle, as does some of the original film’s music, including a remix of Iggy Pop’s “Lust For Life.” In addition to music from Queen, Blondie, Frankie Goes to Hollywood, The Clash and Run DMC, the new soundtrack also features original singles from Young Fathers, Contrast and Underworld, who remake their song “Slow Slippy.”

With the first trailer for Fifty Shades Darker featuring Miguel’s remix of Beyonce’s, well, remix of her own song “Crazy In Love,” it quickly became apparent that the second installment in EL James’ trilogy would again feature an all-star soundtrack. We’ve already heard a brand new duet from Taylor Swift and Zayn Malik, as well as a new single from Halsey, with more original songs from Nick Jonas and Nicki Minaj, Tove Lo, John Legend and Grammy winning musician Danny Elfman on the way.

Disney’s highly anticipated remake of Beauty and the Beast already boasts one of most-viewed trailers of 2016 and now it looks like it may have one of the biggest soundtracks of 2017. In addition to music from the 1991 original film as well as new songs, the film’s famous Oscar-winning theme song will be performed by Ariana Grande and John Legend. Cue the swooning.

Following the success of Lin-Manuel Miranda’s hugely successful first mixtape for Hamilton, which included artists like Queen Latifah, Kelly Clarkson, Ja Rule and Ashanti performing songs from the Tony winning play, the multi-talented Miranda is now preparing for a second mixtape. Is it technically a soundtrack? Meh. When it comes to Hamilton, we’ll take whatever we can get.
