It’s a tale as old as time and it’s returning to the big screen! Our first look at the highly anticipated live-action release of Beauty and the Beast is finally here and will delight fans of the animated Disney film.

The teaser trailer takes viewers on a tour of the Beast’s castle, with music from composer Alan Menken’s score for the 1991 Disney film playing throughout. Dialogue is limited in the teaser, but a short conversation between Lumiere (Ewan McGregor) and Cogsworth (Ian McKellan) is audible when Belle, played by Emma Watson, first finds her way inside the castle.

The upcoming film also stars Luke Evans as Gaston, Dan Stevens as The Beast, Emma Thompson as Mrs. Potts, Josh Gad as Le Fou, Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Plumette, Stanley Tucci as Cadenza, and Kevin Kline as Maurice. The new Beauty and the Beast is directed by Bill Condon, who directed Dreamgirls and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Parts 1 & 2.

Beauty and the Beast is set to hit theatres on March 17, 2017.
