Beyonce Releases Standalone ‘Sorry’ Music Video

It’s looking like good news for all of us non-Tidal subscribers on this B-lightful Wednesday afternoon. Exactly two months after the exclusive release of her widely publicized visual album, Lemonade, Beyonce has finally shared the standalone clip for “Sorry” on YouTube.

Directed by Beyonce and Kahlil Joseph, the black-and-white video begins with Beyonce’s reading of a powerful poem written by Warsan Shire. As the video progresses, we see Queen Bey sitting on her throne and channeling the inner aggravations of every women who’s been hurt by someone they loved. With the help of a twerking Serena Williams, the “Sorry” music video proves to the perfect song for your post-breakup, pre-glo-up. Becky With The Good Hair, who? All we see is Beyonce.
