Clarkson, a five-time BBMA nominee, will perform her new single this year on top of her hosting duties.
Last year, former Fifth Harmony starlet Normani and Khalid performed their smash hit “Love Lies,” which is also up for two awards at this year’s show. This time around, they’ll return for separate performances. With six 2019 nominations, Khalid is set to perform a song off his recently released sophomore album Free Spirit. Normani will take the stage along with three-time BBMA winner Sam Smith to perform their sultry hit “Dancing With a Stranger.”
Panic! At The Disco and Daigle are both first-time performers this year. Panic! has four nominations this year, including Top Rock Song for “High Hopes.” Daigle is already a two-time BBMA winner and has three 2019 nominations in the Top Christian Song, Album and Artist categories.
The 2019 Billboard Music Awards, live from Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, air Wednesday May 1 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CTV2.
