Taylor Swift’s 1989 Tour rolled into Toronto this past weekend and saw the pop superstar playing two back to back shows on Friday and Saturday night. Taking the stage at the Rogers Center, Swift hit a home run with both shows, joined on stage by her opening acts Vance Joy and Shawn Mendes, who finally got to play in front of his hometown crowd.
As with all of Swift’s 1989 Tour stops, both nights brought new faces on stage. On Friday, Swift was joined by country singer and American Idol judge Keith Urban, who performed his latest single John Cougar, John Deere, John 3:16 with Swift.
For the younger fans in the crowd, Taylor teamed up with Charli XCX on Saturday night and sang Boom Clap along with the UK singer.
