Festival eats are almost as important as the bands themselves, but performers are guaranteed to eat well every year at Osheaga thanks to celeb chef Chuck Hughes.
The Montreal-based chef helps cater the stars backstage with the freshest ingredients including an outdoor garden full of the best veggies and herbs. Our very own Gaby Henderson caught up with Hughes to talk about catering music festivals and even took some time to make a pizza together!
“For us, that’s the fun, we get to see the bands eating,” Hughes says. Sounds like one sweet gig to us.
