The 2016 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival came to a close last night after six days of star-studded Instagram pics. The annual music festival has become better known for its A-list sightings than its musical lineup, with celebrities flocking to Palm Springs to take snaps in branded tents and finally get use out of their $300 flower crowns.
Although this year’s festival featured incredible performances from a wide range of musical acts (check out some of the highlights here), there are still those who attend Coachella to be seen and not bother hearing. For those people, this new skit from Funny or Die may hit a little too close to home.
Comedian David Spade and Baywatch actress Charlotte McKinney have taken aim at the annual music fest, pointing out the ridiculousness of spending three days in the field in an effort to get a great Snap Chat story. Commiserating over the horror of having to wear back-up sunglasses (worse than being sexually assaulted), the two actors bond over social media followers, wind preferences (less please), and number of outfit changes.
Check out the hilarious skit below and click here for coverage on the actual music that really did take place at Coachella.
