December 1 marks World AIDS Day, and this year, DUREX® and (RED)®  have teamed up to support the fight against AIDS, unveiling a special (DUREX™)RED product range.

A portion of funds raised from the sale of the limited edition (DUREX™)RED ‘s condoms will be donated directly to a project in South Africa, where currently, 7.2 million people are living with HIV or AIDS.

DUREX® has promised a minimum donation of $5 million over three years, and The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation will also be matching DUREX®’s contribution, commitment, taking the total to $10 million.

According to UNAIDS, there are 37 million people living with HIV globally, and AIDS-related illnesses are the leading cause of death among women of reproductive age (15-49) worldwide.

Today is World AIDS Day. ♥️🎗 Globally, there are currently roughly 37 million people living with HIV. Last year, nearly 1 million people died from AIDS-related illnesses. Worldwide, AIDS-related illnesses are the leading cause of death among women aged 15-49. This needs to end. To show my support, I’m purchasing (DUREX™)RED condoms, because a portion of the money raised by (DUREX™)RED will go directly to a program in South Africa to support (RED)®’s mission to end AIDS in Africa. DUREX® has pledged a MINIMUM donation of $5 million!! 😍 Show you care by purchasing (DUREX™)RED and sharing the hashtag #HaveSexSaveLives on social media! It’s a win/win. 😘 #DurexCanada #Ad
