Julianne Hough as Sandy

Live TV Experience: Approximately EVERY season of Dancing With The Stars

Why She’ll Be A Great Sandy: If Hough can successfully pull off an Australian accent we’re pretty sure she can be considered the not-so-lost secret daughter of Olivia Newton-John.

Aaron Tveit as Danny Zuko

Best Known For: The Academy Award winning film adaptation of Les Miserables and the TV series Graceland and Gossip Girl

Singing and Dancing Skills: Tveit is a bona fide Broadway star, appearing in Catch Me If You Can, Wicked, Hairspray, Rent, and the Pulitzer Prize winning Next To Normal.

Live TV Experience: If you can make it here (Broadway in New York), you can make it anywhere (live TV).

Why He’ll Be A Great Danny: Tveit has the charm and charisma to make any pink lady fall in love.

Vanessa Hudgens as Rizzo

Best Known For: High School Musical, Spring Breakers, Gimme Shelter

Singing and Dancing Skills: Hudgens has a long background in musical theatre and recently made her Broadway debut in the title role in Gigi.

Live TV Experience: In addition to Broadway, Hudgens also recently starred as Mimi in Rent at the Hollywood Bowl. It’s not live TV, but pretty close.

Why She’ll Be A Great Rizzo: The diversity of Hudgens film and theater roles make us confident that we’d believe her as just about anyone.

Live TV Experience: She placed third on Season 5 of Canadian Idol and has performed twice at the MMVAs.

Why She’ll Be A Great Frenchy: Jepsen’s 2015 critically acclaimed EMOTION failed to make an impact on the charts and we’re hoping her turn as the sassy, beauty school dropout Frenchy will give album new interest.

Kether Donohue

Best Known For: You’re The Worst, Pitch Perfect

Singing and Dancing Skills: Donohue has displayed her impressive pipes in You’re the Worst and on Pitch Perfect and has also starred in off-Broadway plays.
