Here’s Every Photo You Need To See From Weekend 1 Of TIFF

TIFF Weekend 1 Main

The Toronto International Film Festival has officially kicked off another star-studded year and we’re already one weekend into the festival frenzy.

Hollywood’s A-listers descended on Toronto to walk the carpet and rub shoulders with some of the best and brightest up-and-coming actors and directors. Films were premiered. Standing ovations were given. Awkward questions were asked.

If you weren’t able to make it to the 6 this weekend to check out the festival for yourself, fear not. We have every photo you need to see from Weekend 1 of TIFF.

Jake Gyllenhaal look just as tired of his beard as we are.

Rachel McAdams perfected the art of the Power Pose.

Kristen Stewart revealed the secret to her happiness on the red carpet is not having to talk about Twilight.

The Queen repped Hudson’s Bay.

Chris O’Dowd made this face.

Drew Barrymore made this face. We’d like to hang out with either of them.

George Clooney got to the third ‘A’ and realized he couldn’t spell wife Amal Alamuddin’s name.

Tatiana Maslany walked the red carpet as only one person, but still remained flawless.

Waris Ahluwalia took either a selfie or a crowd pic. We’re not sure.

Jessica Chastain was impressed by a security take down in the movie theater, while Jason Bourne spotted 15 mistakes, four exits, 982 civilians, and three under cover secret service agents.

Elle Fanning is a little disappointed that the age to get into clubs in Canada isn’t as low as she thought.

Arcade Fire try to give every photographer attention, which means no one looks at the same camera. Ever.

Tom Hiddelston and Eddie Redmayne have a friendship that requires little to no personal space.

As usual, Amber Heard looked great on the red carpet. As usual, her husband Johnny Depp looked like a gangster pirate.

Tom Hardy indicates the amount of Timbits he’s eaten since landing in Toronto. Looks like a 40 pack to us.

Domhnall Gleeson is at the fest to talk about the film Brooklyn and we’re sure no one is asking him anything about Star Wars. Nope. Who cares about Star Wars, amirite?

If Idris Elba and Cary Fukunaga aren’t too cool for selfies, than neither are we.

Is it too early to crown Ellen Page and girlfriend Samantha Thompson the best dressed couple of TIFF? Too bad, we’re doing it.
