A young Mike Myers, who VJ Christopher Ward had met in The Second City Touring Company, dropped by frequently in various guises. This was the first time his character Wayne Campbell, of Wayne’s World fame, appeared on television.
In 1984, Christopher Ward helped launch Muchmusic as Canada's first VJ. A former Second City Touring Company member and acclaimed songwriter, Ward has written for Diana Ross, Hilary Duff, The Backstreet Boys and many others.
