Rapper Mac Miller recently shot a special broadcast concert for Direct TV’s Audience Network and invited girlfriend and collaborator Ariana Grande to the show to perform their new single “My Favorite Part” off Miller’s recently released album.
While the two may be trying to keep their romantic relationship under wraps, the two musicians aren’t afraid to be together on stage, even if it only includes an awkward hand shake. Nice try, guys. The jig is up.
The two first worked together on the remix of “The Way” off Grande’s 2013 debut album Yours Truly. The new lovebirds recently teamed up again for a remix of Grande’s single “Into You” off her latest album Dangerous Woman.
In September, the duo released “My Favorite Part,” a single from Miller’s fourth studio album The Divine Feminine, which was released September 16. Miller is set to head out on tour this month in support of the new album, with the couple’s Audience Network performance of “My Favorite Part” marking the first time the rapper has performed his new music live. In addition to the duet, Miller also uploaded a video featuring his performance of the new track “Soulmate,” featuring Dam-Funk.
Miller’s upcoming tour includes three Canadian tour dates, while Grande’s Dangerous Woman Tour, which kicks off February 2, 2017, will also make three stops in Canada.
