Niall Horan Performs ‘Flicker’ Medley As Debut Solo Album Heads To No. 1

As his debut album Flicker heads up the charts for the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200, Niall Horan’s just getting his victory lap started, performing a medley of songs on Monday night during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!

Horan performed “Slow Hands” and “Too Much To Ask,” along with an exclusive medley of “This Town,” “Paper Houses” and “On My Own” in an off-air performance to a Los Angeles crowd on Monday night.

Fans were quick to show support for Horan, as many held up the physical copies of Flicker when the singer asked the crowd, “Who’s got the album?”

The “Slow Hands” singer thanked fans for the support and continued by saying, “Tell your friends. Tell your uncles, your aunts, your Grammy, whoever.” He also laughed and added, “I wouldn’t mind the No. 1, to be honest.”

The 24-year-old Irish singer already released three singles ahead of the album’s debut: the lead single “This Town” was released back in September of last year, “Slow Hands” dropped in May and the most recently, “Too Much To Ask” was released last month.

After releasing the album just last Friday, Flicker has already begun its track towards debuting at No. 1. “Slow Hands” was previously the best-performing single of the One Direction members’ solo endeavours, but Liam Payne’s “Strip That Down” knocked Horan out of the position just three weeks ago.
