Reality TV BFFs Who Gave Us #FriendshipGoals

During the early 2000s, reality television boomed and began dominating T.V. networks all around. Though you may not want to admit it, we know you all had (or still have) a soft spot for at least some of this trashy television goodness somewhere within your hearts.

In memory of this once popular programming trend, we remember some of the tightest BFFs that were on reality T.V. These pals were truly #FriendshipGoals back in the day.

Now it’s time to stroll down memory lane and remember some of our favourite reality T.V. star best friends who we loved.

Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie

These gals were the ultimate #BFFGoals ten years ago. Paris and Nicole were childhood friends, and they ended up getting their own reality show called The Simple Life, on air from 2003 to 2007. The premise of the show was taking these two pampered rich girls and throwing them into a much more average life setting to do hard work, like on a farm. Their adventures were hilarious to watch–they’d get into all kinds of trouble like messing up the tasks they were told to do, breaking the rules, hitting on guys together, and so much more. Sadly the pair had a falling out around 2005/2006, but they’ve since made up.

Snooki and JWOWW

These gals originally met when filming Jersey Shore and became besties. We loved watching these (now former) guidettes get into their shenanigans so much that they even got their own MTV spin-off series, Snookie & JWOWW. Now that they’ve settled down and started their own families, their daughters are following suit and becoming pals themselves.

Khloe Kardashian and Malika Haqq

You all know who Khloe Kardashian is, but meet her best friend, Malika Haqq. She’s an actress and a reality T.V. star, frequently making appearances on Keeping Up With The Kardashians and on Dash Dolls. The two have been buddies since they were 15 years old, so pretty much for half their lives! We love watching the two of them confide in one another on T.V. because it looks like such a strong, sisterly bond.

Rob Dyrdek and Christopher “Big Black” Boykin

Ah, such bromance! Their entire reality T.V. show,Rob & Big, was based on the premise of their friendship. Rob is a professional skateboarder, and Big is his bodyguard and BFF. These guys did some wild things together on this show, such as attempting to break Guinness World Records, skateboarding tricks, having an exorcism in their home, and buying remote control helicopters together. Ok, so they weren’t always wild, but they did always do things together.

Lauren Conrad and Lo Bosworth

Lauren Conrad and Lo Bosworth were originally on Laguna Beach together, and then on the spin off, The Hills. They attended high school together, and experienced having MTV follow them around during that time with cameras. Although they both decided on separate career paths, Conrad went into the fashion industry and Bosworth graduated culinary school and runs a lifestyle blog, the duo still remains friends to this day.
