SNL Hilariously Recreates Drake’s ‘Hotline Bling’

Drake Parody Main

It was only a matter of time before SNL’s resident expert impersonator Jay Pharoah took on Drakes viral sensation video for Hotline Bling. During this weekend’s highly controversial episode, which featured Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump as the host, Pharoah got his chance to show off his own Drizzy Drake moves.

Redoing at the video and the song lyrics, Pharoah introduces his own dance moves, including the Miracle Whip and the Sneaky Fish while singing “Shimmying like a drunk guy when his team scores / Do a little cha cha on the dance floor.”

The comedian was joined by his woes and fellow SNL cast members, who pointed out that Drake’s dance moves were applicable to everyone from dads to physics teachers. The hilarious skit also featured Martin short as his famous character Ed Grimley. Huh. Drake totally did steal Grimley’s moves!

Host Donald Trump enjoyed his only likable moment of the evening when he appeared in the skit as the ‘tax guy’. But we still wouldn’t vote for him.
