In Disney’s latest effort to make us wonder whether our pets speak English when we’re not around, Zootopia is about a world when animals have human qualities and roles, including police officers and bad guys.
Ginnifer Goodwin voices a young bunny cop who is laughed out of the force because of her race, although we’re pretty sure it’s also because she’s the only female officer. In an effort to catch the city’s biggest (in scale, not size) criminal, she teams up with a friendly fox.
In Zootopia, sloths run the DMV, mice run the mafia, and we think chipmunks are bankers. Plus, everyone is cute. That we know for sure.
Zootopia hits theatres on March 4.
